Our clients have chosen a unique elevated site in the hills of Hawkes Bay.  They commissioned Mason & Wales Architects to design them contemporary home with the look of Queenstown but with the feel and warmth of Hawkes Bay.

The form takes its cues from Traditional architecture which combined with quality materials our clients have chosen.

Within the building industry were product availability is be coming a major issue, we have with good planning been able to continue building for our clients.

As this structure continues to develop with the use of Limestone and abodo cladding shall render a timeless and enduring home for a growing family.

Our clients also want to make the most of the natural resources Hawkes Bays has to offer, sunshine being the first, so the installation of solar panels will be installed. Also reusing the rainwater for drinking will give them a clean non chlorinated water.

Also by ensuring that their home is as airtight as possible, they use the resources for natural heating and cooling.
